How we choose books they'll love & won't already own!

We hear you! Your child races through reads faster than the speed of light and you’re a little nervous that they might already have one of the titles we’ve selected for their next kids’ book box (or that our book picks might not be up their street).

Here at Tales by Mail Towers, we want to avoid those pesky double-ups just as much as you do AND we want to send your bookworms titles they will be sure to love, which is why…

• We only select newly released children’s books. Our book club picks are published within the last three months – and wherever possible we choose titles that are less than a month old! This means you’re less likely to already own these titles.
• We read really widely to select books that we think your children will LOVE! There’s always a risk when you buy a new book from a bookshop, online or anywhere else that it might not be your cup of tea, but because our kids book box picks have been chosen by our expert team who vet every book and only select the best ones to send to your little reader, you can feel reassured that your child is going to receive novels full of incredible stories, unforgettable characters and excellent writing.
• We give detailed book descriptions to tell you more about the kind of books you’ll be receiving, so if you have got a reluctant reader on your hands you can make sure that they like the sound of what’s coming their way. These descriptions are always spoiler free, so you don’t have to ruin the surprise of what will be inside their next box.
• If you want to be extra sure that the books we’ve picked are ones you don’t already own and look up more information about them ahead of receiving your box, we give an option to reveal the titles of the books in the next box!
