With activities designed to test your creativity, commitment and bookworm status, the Challenge Championships will reward our mightiest members (and provide lots of fun along the way)!
How to Join In…
Pick a challenge! Choose from Writer Extraordinaire, Tales by Mail Champion, Executive Designer or Reviewer in Chief!
Complete all three tasks from your chosen challenge.
Ask your parent or guardian to upload your badge challenge entries to our Facebook Members group (or email them to us at theteam@talesbymail.com).
You’ll receive your pin badge in your next Tales by Mail box!
You can complete as many challenges as you like. There are no time limits on the Challenge Championships. Enter any time!

Executive Designer
- Redesign the front cover of a Tales by Mail featured book
- **Cut out & colour in our chameleon mascot and take him on adventure (send us your pics!)
- Draw a picture of a character from a Tales by Mail featured book!
Reviewer in Chief
- Write a review of a book from your Tales by Mail box
- **Record a review of a book from Tales by Mail for the podcast
- **Record a review of your favourite book for the podcast
Tales by Mail Champion
- Send us a photo of you with your box
- **Put up a Tales by Mail poster in your community (get permission first) and take a photo of it.
- Refer a friend to Tales by Mail (use the refer a friend page in your account)
Writer Extraordinaire
- Write and share a story about our chameleon mascot
- Write and share a story connected to one of our themes
- Write and share a review of your Tales by Mail box
